Search for the Product FAQ app in the Wix App Market and install it on your website.
When you install the app, it should automatically be added to your site.
If it isn’t, or you need to add it again, follow these steps:
Click on the Plugin and then navigate to Product FAQ and hover over it.
You will see an Add option – click on it.
Finally, make sure to Save and Publish to apply the changes to your site.
Open the dashboard through the settings panel.
Go to the Frequently Asked Questions tab to create a new FAQ.
Hover over an existing FAQs and click Edit when the button appears to make changes.
Go to the Product FAQs tab and hover over the product, then click on the Add FAQs button when it appears.
Here, you can add or remove FAQs as needed, and save your changes.
Make sure to refresh the widget after every change you have made.
Save and Publish to apply the changes to your site.
In the Settings Panel, the Layout section lets you customize the widget. You can choose from 4 templates and adjust how FAQ answers are displayed within the widget.
Click on the text itself to edit it.
Remember to explore and personalize your widget to suit your needs.
