Click the Add Elements (+) button on the left sidebar of your Wix site editor.
Navigate down to the App Widgets category.
Under the JOTFORM FORM EMBED section, select Standard and drag the element directly onto your page layout.
Log in to your Jotform account and open your form inside the Form Builder.
Navigate to the Publish tab at the top.
Under the Quick Share section, locate the Direct Link of Your Form box. Copy only the long numeric string (the Form ID) at the very end of the URL.
Return to your Wix site editor and click on the newly placed Jotform widget.
Click the Edit Jotform button that floats above it to open the settings panel.
Paste your copied numeric string into the Your Form ID text field. The widget will instantly pull your form content into the page.
Scroll down within the Edit Jotform panel to review additional layout options.
Under the Advanced section, you can use the toggle switch next to Shown to restrict access to signed-in users only or leave it off to keep the form accessible to all public site visitors.
Once your form is fully integrated and scaled correctly, click the Save link in the top menu of your editor to lock in your work.
Click the blue Publish button to push your live form to your site visitors.
