Search for the WhatsApp Notifications by MKP app in the Wix App Market and install it on your website.
You can access the App Dashboard by clicking on Open.
Alternatively, go to the Wix Dashboard, scroll down to the App section, and expand it to find WhatsApp Notifications by MKP.
Dashboard:
In the Dashboard tab, you can see a summary of WhatsApp messages sent and the remaining messages available for the current month. Additionally, you can view the enabled and disabled alerts.
Alert:
Site owners and customers can receive WhatsApp alert messages for orders, bookings, cancellations, etc.
Make sure to Save to apply the changes.
Note: WhatsApp messages cannot be modified as they use pre-approved templates that cannot be customized. Since WhatsApp templates and translations require a lengthy approval process, changes are not possible.
For more flexibility, we recommend using SMS notifications, where you can easily modify the message content.
