Search for the Google Forms app in the Wix App Market and install it on your website.
When you install the app, it should automatically be added to your site.
If it isn’t, or you need to add it again, follow these steps:
Navigate to Add Element (+ icon).
Select App Widgets.
Choose the Google Forms Connector widget.
Simply click or drag and drop it into your desired section on the site.
Finally, make sure to Save and Publish to apply the changes to your site.
Go to Google Forms.
Create or Select a Form: Choose an existing form or click the ➕ Blank button to create a new form.
Publish the Form: Click the Publish button in the top-right corner.
Copy the Full URL: Click the 🔗 Link icon, make sure the Shorten URL option is disabled, then copy the full form URL.
Connect the Form: Paste the copied URL into the Google Form URL field in the settings panel, then click Connect.
Once connected, you can find the available customization options in the settings panel.
Don’t forget to click Save and Publish to apply your changes to the live site.
