When you first launch the app, you will need to install it from the marketplace and position it on your desired page.
Step 1: Install the App
Navigate to the Wix App Market and search for the Twitch Stream app by MarketPushApps. Click the blue Add to Site button to initialize the installation.
Step 2: Place the Widget
Open your Wix Editor and click the Add Elements (+) menu on the left sidebar. Scroll down to the App Widgets category and drag the Twitch Stream widget directly onto your page layout.
Once the widget is placed on your page, you can link your channel and fine-tune your display parameters using the configuration panel.
Open a new browser tab and navigate to the specific Twitch channel or stream you want to feature.
Click the Share icon located directly below the right side of the video player.
Click Copy to clipboard (or Copy URL) to save the channel's web link.
Return to your Wix Editor and click directly on the Twitch Stream widget you placed on the page.
Click the Twitch Stream Connector button floating above the widget to open the setup window.
Paste your copied Twitch link and click the blue Connect button.
Expand the Customization Options section in the settings panel to control your structural layout:
Widget Option: Use this dropdown menu to choose whether you want to display the full Video Player or just the Live Chat feed.
Dimensions: Adjust the physical size of the widget on your site by modifying the Width and Height inputs (for example, setting the width to 100% and the height to 400px to ensure a clean, responsive layout).
Step 1: Secure Your Changes
Click the Save link at the top menu of your editor to ensure all active configurations are locked in.
Step 2: Push to Your Live Site
Click the blue Publish button to make the Twitch stream live for your visitors!
