Search for the Free Gift Upsell app in the Wix App Market and install it on your website.
When you install the app, it should automatically be added to your site.
If it isn’t, or you need to add it again, follow these steps:
Open your Wix Editor.
Go to the Product page.
Click on the Plugin and then navigate to Free Gift Upsell and hover over it.
You will see an Add option; click on it.
Finally, make sure to Save and Publish to apply the changes to your site.
To set up free gifts and see order details and statistics overview, you’ll need to access the app dashboard.
You can open the dashboard in any of the following ways:
Go to the Settings Panel and choose Open Dashboard.
From your Wix Dashboard, navigate to Apps and select Free Gift Upsell.
Or go to the Manage Apps, and select Open Dashboard for the app.
Once you’re in the app dashboard, you can set the minimum cart value customers must reach in order to select a free gift. You can either add existing store products as gifts or create custom gifts and edit or delete them whenever needed.
After adding your free gifts, make sure to save the changes.
You can also use the Reset option if you want to quickly clear the current gifts and add a new set instead.
To add a custom gift, click the Add Custom Gift button.
Then enter the Product Name and upload an image for the product. Once you’ve added the details, click Save.
After creating custom gifts, you can add them to the free gift list whenever needed.
Once everything is set up, you can enable the widget and save it to allow customers to select their free gifts.
The Orders tab allows you to track recent orders and see which Free Gift Upsells were claimed. To view the full order details, hover over an order and click the Open Order button.
In the settings panel, select a progress bar state to customize its message, font, text color, and progress bar color for that specific state.
Don’t forget to click Save and Publish to apply your changes to the live site.
