Search for the Free Shipping Unlock app in the Wix App Market. Click the blue Add to Site button, and agree to the permissions to install the app.
From your Wix Site Dashboard, click on Settings in the left-hand menu, and then click on Shipping, delivery & fulfillment.
Click on + New Region to define where this rule applies. Rename it as suitable (for example, "International") and add the specific destinations for this region (such as "Rest of the world").
Under the "Select how shipping is calculated" section, click the dropdown and choose Flat Rate. Next, use a suitable name for the shipping option in the text box below it, such as "Free Shipping".
Click on the checkbox to offer free shipping when a customer buys over a certain amount. Enter the specific amount that you will offer free shipping for, then click on Add.
Open your Wix Editor. Navigate to your store by clicking to open the Product Page from your site's page selection menu.
Select the Product Page main widget on your screen. Click on the Plugins icon that appears on the product page toolbar. From the available options, click on the Free Shipping Unlock widget to add it directly to your page layout.
Click on the newly added widget and click to open the Free Shipping Progress Bar Setting. Enter the exact same amount in the widget settings panel that you just configured in your dashboard shipping rules.
Scroll down within the Free Shipping Progress Bar Setting panel to customize how the widget looks to match your brand perfectly:
Use the Select Progress Bar State dropdown to switch between different cart completion stages (e.g., 0% - 25% Design, 100% Design).
Edit the Progress Bar Message for each state (e.g., change the text to "Get FREE SHIPPING..." when empty, or "You did it! FREE SHIPPING is now active." when full).
Adjust the Progress Bar Font & Color and the Progress Bar Background using the color pickers to fit your site's aesthetic.
Publish your site changes. Visit your live store, add items to your cart to trigger the widget, and check the order summary to make sure "Free Shipping" is enabled and tracking correctly!
