Search for the Table Pro app in the Wix App Market and install it on your website.
Navigate to Add Element (+ icon) and select App Widgets. From there, choose the Table Pro widget and simply drag and drop it into your desired section on the site.
Finally, make sure to Save and Publish to apply the changes to your site.
Open the dashboard through the settings panel.
Scroll to the Tables to create a new table.
Hover over an existing table and click Edit when the button appears to make changes.
When creating or editing a table, you can upload a file to import data or enter it manually.
If you modify the table’s structure—such as adding or removing columns or rows—click Update Structure to apply the changes.
Click the three dots (⋮) at the top right of a column to set its format individually.
Type into each field in order to manually add data.
Customize your tables as needed, and click Save to apply your changes, or Revert Changes to undo and return to the last saved state.
After creating the table, open the settings panel and choose the table you want to display.
You can customize the widget layout using the Settings Panel. Here's a quick overview of the available options:
Use the Data tab to configure the table:
Toggle options like:
Pagination
Editable table height
Show tooltips
Movable columns/rows
Categorize the table based on field formats (e.g. Boolean, star rating, tick/cross, options).
Adjust layout: row height, text overflow, vertical & horizontal alignment.
Use the Layout tab to customize each column:
Set column width
Add bottom calculations (based on column format)

Use the Template tab to choose and apply a display style for your table.
Use the Header tab to customize the style and design of your table headers.
Use the General tab to manage overall table settings and customizations.
Use the Download tab to add download buttons and customize their appearance.
