Go to the Wix App Market, search for Bookings Locations, and install the app.
Once installed, it will automatically be added to your site.
Or, you can manually add it:
Click the Add Elements (+) icon.
Select App Widgets.
Find Bookings Locations and drag and drop it into your desired section on the site.
Save and Publish to apply the changes to your site.
Note: If you don’t already have Wix Bookings, you’ll need to install it from the Wix App Market.
The Booking Locations app includes two main settings panels:
Locations Settings – manage location-related customizations.
Display Settings – control the widget’s display and design options.
Click Add/Edit Locations to open your site’s Locations & Contact Info section in the dashboard.
Add a new location with + Add New Location, or select and edit an existing one.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Click Update Location Images to open the app dashboard.
Here, you can view all locations, their images, and related services.
To update an image:
Click the Update icon on the image or use the Change Image button.
Use the ⋯ (three dots) menu to Download or Delete the image.
You can also:
Open the location directly in the site dashboard.
View related services for that specific location.
Toggle visibility to show or hide a location on your site.
After making changes, click Yes, Refresh the Widget to update your site.
Click Manage Location Order to choose how locations are displayed:
Original Order
Alphabetical (A–Z)
Manual Order
Click Location Item Settings to customize each location individually:
Select a location.
Control the visibility of that location.
Define what happens when visitors click View Services - redirect them either to:
The page showing the location’s services, or
An external page of your choice.
Choose from 14 pre-built templates to style your widget.
Customize the Location Item Button Name from the provided field.
Adjust what elements appear on your widget (depending on the selected template):
Show or hide Location Image
Show or hide Location Name
Show or hide Location Address/Description
Show or hide Driving Directions
Show or hide View Services Button
Remember to explore and personalize your widget to suit your needs.
Don’t forget to Save and Publish to make changes live on your site.
