Search for the Order Delivery Tracker app in the Wix App Market and install it on your website.
When you install the app, it should automatically be added to your site.
If it isn’t, or you need to add it again, follow these steps:
Navigate to Add Element (+ icon).
Select App Widgets.
Choose the Order Delivery Tracker widget.
Simply click or drag and drop it into your desired section on the site.
Finally, make sure to Save and Publish to apply the changes to your site.
To assign tracking numbers and monitor the status of your orders, you’ll need to access the app dashboard.
You can open the dashboard in any of the following ways:
Click on the widget in the editor and select Manage.
Go to the Settings Panel and choose Manage Order Delivery Tracker.
From your Wix Dashboard, navigate to Apps and select Order Delivery Tracker.
Once you’re in the app dashboard, you can manage your shipments, track deliveries, view shipping statistics, and manage your plan and usage limits.
Orders:
Assign tracking numbers and courier services to your shipped orders.
Hover over an order and click Edit Tracking to add the Handover Date, Tracking Number, and Courier Service details.
All Shipments:
Track the delivery status, exceptions, and estimated delivery times for every package you’ve shipped.
Hover over a shipment and click Track Order to view detailed tracking information.
Overview:
Get quick insights into your shipping operations with key statistics and performance metrics.
Billing & Usage:
Manage your subscription plan, monitor your usage, and keep track of your usage limits.
Go to your Site Editor and open the App Settings panel. From there, you can customize the widget’s appearance, text, colors, and images.
View Screen: Use the dropdown menu to select the screen you want to preview.
Border Radius: Adjust the border radius of the widget elements to control how rounded the corners appear.
Theme Settings: Customize the overall look and feel of the widget.
Palette Theme: Choose from ready-made color palettes and apply your preferred theme with a single click.
Custom Theme: Fine-tune the colors and appearance of individual widget elements.
Shipment Status Colors: Customize the colors used for different shipment statuses (Delivered Color, Failed / Exception Color, In Transit / Other Color)
Custom Text Labels: Change the widget title and other text labels to match your preferred wording.
Customize Images: Upload your own images for different screen types to personalize the widget further.
Don’t forget to click Save and Publish to apply your changes to the live site.
