If you want to allow your site visitors to close the Review Badge, you can enable a close button on the Google Reviews widget. To do this, follow these steps:
Open the Google Reviews app dashboard and go to the Widget section.
Click Customize.
Switch to Trigger Button.
Select the Widget container from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Layout tab.
Toggle on Enable Close Button.
You can also customize the close button’s style by selecting Close button from the dropdown menu.
Finally, make sure to click Save to apply the changes to your site.
