To change the Reviewer Name format of your review cards, follow these steps:
Open the Google Reviews app dashboard and go to the Widget section.
Click Customize.
Switch to Modal View.
Select Review Cards from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Design tab.
Choose your preferred format from the available options.
Finally, make sure to click Save to apply the changes to your site.
