1. Add the App to Your Site
Navigate to the Wix App Market and search for the Real Estate Platform app by MarketPushApps.
Click the blue Add to Site button to begin the installation.
Choose the specific website where you want to install the application and click Continue.
Review the permissions window and click Agree & Add to finalize the setup.
2. Locate Your New Real Estate Page
In the standard Wix Editor, the app automatically creates and opens a brand new page on your site named Real Estate Listings.
If you are using Wix Studio or another editor and the widget doesn't appear automatically, don't worry! You can easily add it manually by opening your site's Manage Menu (your Pages and Menu panel) and selecting the newly generated Real Estate Listings page.
Before adding a property, it helps to set up your team and global settings so they are ready to go when you build your first listing!
1. Open the Dashboard & Set Area Units
Click directly on the real estate widget on your page, and click the Settings gear icon to open the configuration panel.
Inside the panel, click the blue Manage Dashboard button.
First, let's set your measurements. Click the Settings tab at the top of the dashboard and choose your preferred Area Unit (such as sq ft or m²).
2. Add Companies and Agents
Click the Agents tab and select + Add Company to create a new agency profile. Enter a Company Name, upload a Company Logo, and type in the physical location.
Next, stay in the Agents tab. Input your team member's Agent Name, Email, and Phone Number, then click Save.
1. Start a New Listing
Navigate to the Listings tab at the top of your dashboard and click the blue + Add Listing button.
2. Fill Out the Property Details
Under Basic Information, fill out the core details: Property Title, Property Type (e.g., Villa or Townhouse), Listing Type (Sell or Rent), Price, and Property Area.
Use the Highlighted Features dropdown to easily tag amenities like a Swimming Pool or Garden, and type out a full Description.
3. Set Location and Assign an Agent
Scroll down to the Location section to set the map placement by choosing either an Exact Address or an Approximate Area.
Under Agent Assignment & Contacts, use the dropdown menu to select the agent you created in the previous step.
4. Add Images and Publish
Under Property Images on the right side of the screen, click Add a cover photo to upload your high-quality gallery photos.
Click the blue Publish Listing button at the top right to make the property live.
Now that your data is in the system, it's time to make it look great on your live site.
1. Sync Your New Data
Close the dashboard and return to your Wix Editor.
Open the widget's Settings panel again and click the Refresh button so the new property you just created visually appears in your editor.
2. Tailor the Layout and Aesthetics
Click the Settings tab (the gear icon on the left of the panel) to adjust your Default View (List View or Map View) and change the Initial Load Count.
Click the Design tab to adjust your directory's visual style. You can select a completely new Theme Color Palette, tweak the Corner Radius, and adjust the Cards Appearance to match your brand perfectly.
Click the Text tab to customize default wording, such as the Search Placeholder or Navigation Tabs Labels.
Once your property directory looks perfect, click the Save button in the top right corner of the editor.
Finally, click the blue Publish button to push your beautiful new real estate portal live to your visitors!
