In Google, try searching for your business: if what you find is like this, then you are on your personal account and not on the business admin account.
On Google Search: Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to your business name, then select "Business Profile settings," and then "People and access."
On the "People and access" or "Users/Managers" page, you will see a list of all the Google Accounts that currently have access to manage your Business Profile.
The roles of each account (e.g., Owner, Manager) will also be displayed.
This is the correct business account that has the authority to sync the reviews.
