Search for the Age Verification Pro app in the Wix App Market. Click the blue Add to Site button, and agree to the permissions to install the app.
Once installed, open the app dashboard and click the Edit Popup button to open the visual editor. Here you can design how your age verification prompt looks to match your branding before anyone sees it:
Select a new template style from the Themes menu.
Use the Content, Layout, and Design tabs to adjust the text, buttons, and colors.
Click the Position tab to change exactly where the widget appears on the screen.
Now that your design is complete, navigate to the Popup tab on the left sidebar. Toggle the Show Popup on your Site switch to turn it on. Under the visibility options, choose whether the pop-up appears only on your home page or across all pages.
To add an extra layer of compliance for your online store, navigate back to the main dashboard and click the Store Checkout tab on the left sidebar.
Toggle the Show Checkout Warning switch to enable the feature.
Enter a custom message in the Checkout Warning Message text box (for example: "By placing an order, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.").
Click Save. This customizable warning will now display directly above the "Place Order" button during the checkout process.
