There are several errors that can happen when adding a new spreadsheet:
1. You did not share the spreadsheet with our service email ([email protected]) and our app does not access to your spreadsheet.
2. Your spreadsheet may not be a valid Google Sheet and we may not be able to read data from the provided link. To rule out this option, please create a new spreadsheet, paste the contents from your older file into the new. Then use within the app the address of this new Google Sheet. Of course, don't forget to share with us the new spreadsheet.
3. Your plan does not support adding more plans (the default spreadsheet does not count). For example, using Hobby you can only add a single spreadsheet.
