In web design, a "hero section" refers to the prominently displayed and visually impactful area at the top of a webpage, typically positioned right below the header. It is the first thing visitors see when they land on a website and plays a crucial role in making a strong first impression. The hero section often spans the full width of the screen and can include a combination of images, text, buttons, and other multimedia elements.

In most cases, the Hero section does not contain the Site Menu, and it's supposed to be added after the menu.

If you are using Wix Studio / Editor X:

A) Add a new section right under section containing the menu.

B) Add the widget in the newly created section.

B) On Desktop fully stretch the widget within the added section.

If you are using Wix Editor:

A) Add a new section right under section containing the menu.

Ideally, select to add a "Blank Section"

B) Add the widget in the newly created section.

C) On Desktop fully stretch the widget within the added section.

Now, toggle the Stretch to full width switch.

In order to remove the branding from the app, you will need to upgrade the app to Premium.

To change an image or text within the provided templates, you can simply double-click the item and change it.
