1. Please make sure that you're using the right Google Account that has managing permissions for the Google Business page that you're trying to add.​
If it's not connecting, you're probably not using the correct Google Account that has managing permissions.

If you're not sure if it's the right account or not, please search for your Google Business page on Google.
You should be able to see ( You manage this Business Profile ) Badge.


2. Please make sure that you have a google business listing , if not, you'll need to register a google business listing (https://support.google.com/business/answer/2911778?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop), then come back to the app and reconnect.

3. If you're sure of the first 2 points, After refreshing the page, please ensure that you disable any Adblocker that's running on your browser, by doing the following steps:


Additionally, you can also try again in incognito browser window.
