If the app is not already added on your site, or you need to add a new widget, navigate to the page where you want to add the widget. Then click the + button, then find it in App Widgets and drag into your site.

If you want to duplicate an existing tabs widget, select it, then to copy it ctrl+c, then to paste it ctrl+v - exactly how you would copy/paste text.
