After the regular installation flow, the gallery widget will be automatically added to your website section. If not, or if you need to add multiple widgets, please follow the steps below:
Short description of the expected process:
Before starting, we recommend logging into your desired TikTok account using the same browser profile you use to manage your website. If not, during the “TikTok Feed” connection process, you might be asked to log into your TikTok account before connecting it with us.
If any unexpected problem occurs, we will provide you with an option to cancel or proceed based on the error messages displayed in the UI.

Short description of the expected connection process:
By default, the user profile is turned on. If it is not, make sure to enable "Show User Profile" to change the visibility of relevant elements.
To change the style of an element, select it, then click on Change Design.
Then click Fill color & opacity and adjust it to match your site.
If you have accidentally closed the TikTok authentication window popup, cancel and try again to connect.
If the connection takes longer than 25 seconds, a timeout banner will be displayed, and you can try connecting again.
Other than that, if any connection failures occur, we will display an error message for you. You can directly reach out to our support team for assistance in that case.
