2. Service Description
Email Marketing with Gmail provides a platform designed exclusively for business use to facilitate communication and marketing strategies via email using your Google account. Our service is accessible to businesses that are registered and operate legally. Users must authorize their Google account via OAuth and provide necessary permissions to send emails on their behalf using Google APIs.
3. User Responsibilities
You must use Email Marketing with Gmail only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of both your country and the country of the email recipients. This includes ensuring compliance with laws relating to email marketing, consent of recipients, and data protection.
You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from contacts before sending them emails through our service.
You are also responsible for being aware of and understanding the legislation regarding email communications and potential fines in your country of use and the recipient's country.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
You must ensure the accuracy of the data you input into the service and any information sent through emails using our platform.
4. Authorization to Send Emails
By using this service, you authorize Market Push Apps SRL to send emails on your behalf through your Google account using the Google APIs. You are responsible for managing the permissions granted to our service via the OAuth process and can revoke access at any time.
5. Payment and Billing
Billing for our services is managed by Wix as the merchant of record. You agree to comply with Wix’s billing policies as applicable to purchases made through the Wix App Market. You may cancel the subscription at any time.
6. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Email Marketing with Gmail does not offer refunds for any services purchased through the Wix App Market.
7. Limitation of Liability
Email Marketing with Gmail will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these terms or our services shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Romania and governed by Romanian law.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at our discretion.
