It's possible to send an SMS to visitors that submit a form on your site.

To enable this functionality you need to use Wix Forms for this particular form. If you are using another form app this functionality may not be available.

Also, the form field for the phone number needs to support international phone numbers and it must be of the type "Phone & Country Code".

After you added the phone field, you need to go into the Settings of the form and copy the name.

The name of the Phone field is also required to copy from the Wix Editor. Here is how you can find it:

Important: Make sure to Save + Publish your website in the Editor so that the new changes, including form & field name are the ones on your live site!

Once you have the Form Name and the Phone Field Name, add them in the app and set this notification to ON.

That's it! Anyone submitting the form should now receive SMS and the provided number from the form field.
